The group meets 10 times per year for between 3 and 4 hours per meeting.

During that time, it allocates 90 minutes to ‘round table’ topical discussion and comment.

Each member is required to bring at least one relevant item from their business to share with the group, which may be an operational issue, a product opportunity, a technical issue or a business concern. The central tenet is to come with 1 item and leave with 20 or more to examine further within their businesses.

The group also discuss a key theme at each meeting for 60 minutes, where specialist subject matter experts are invited to present or facilitate a debate.

The group also freely participate in group surveys into operational practices and exchange business documents to aid each other in enhancing their deliverables.
